Structure & Regional Hierarchy

Corporate Organization

This organizational chart illustrates the company’s leadership hierarchy, led by a Chairman at the top. The structure is divided into three regional branches managed by Managing Directors for the Middle East, South East Asia, and Korea. The chart specifically details the operational breakdown under the Middle East division, which includes Project Directors for Maintenance, Power Plant/Industrial, and Building Work, as well as an Administration department overseeing HSE and QA/QC.

Structure & Functional Divisions

Company Organization

This chart details the internal hierarchy of the Head Office, centered around four main divisions: Administration, Purchasing, Business, and Cost Estimation/Sales Marketing. It breaks down each division into specific operational departments—such as Human Resources, Finance, Mechanical, and E&I—while also highlighting the oversight role of the QA/QC unit.

Site Operations Structure

Project Organization

This org chart maps the project’s chain of command across two levels. The Head Office tier is led by the Project Manager, supported by Material Procurement and Administration, while the Site tier is headed by the Site Manager, who oversees the M&E, HVAC, and Planning Engineers plus the HSE Officer — each coordinating foremen, workers, and support roles (MTL Controller, QA/QC) to deliver the project on the ground.
